By accessing and using ZafiroVibe.com ("the Site"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZafiroVibe regarding your use of our services and purchase of products including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, crystals, natural stones, and chakra items.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases. All account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Limitation of Liability

ZafiroVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Third-party conduct on our platform

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged jewelry and spiritual items with original packaging. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service through the designated portal
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship items back with tracking

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Note: Custom or personalized items, as well as crystals and stones used in energy work, are final sale and not eligible for return.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Delaware and be conducted in English.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Each party will bear their own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

For intellectual property disputes or injunctive relief, either party may seek resolution in state or federal courts located in Delaware.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZafiroVibe. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
