Returns & Refunds
At ZafiroVibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Personalized/custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless defective
- Crystals and natural stones must be returned in their original protective packaging
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all certificates, authenticity cards, and accessories
- Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- International orders may be subject to customs/duty fees which are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
- We will arrange a free return shipping label if applicable
- Choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
Exceptions
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Pierced earrings for hygiene reasons
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance events
