Returns & Refunds

At ZafiroVibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Personalized/custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless defective
  • Crystals and natural stones must be returned in their original protective packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include all certificates, authenticity cards, and accessories
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
  • International orders may be subject to customs/duty fees which are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a free return shipping label if applicable
  • Choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Pierced earrings for hygiene reasons
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance events
